Based in Wetherby, Yorkshire, we arrange buy to let mortgages for clients across the UK.
No face-to-face appointment is required for mortgage work. We process most mortgage applications entirely based on phone and email conversations, which means less hassle for you, and faster mortgage approvals.
We charge no fee for arranging mortgages more than £150,000. However, for mortgages under £150,000 an arrangement fee may apply. If you simply want us to move an existing mortgage to a new fixed rate deal with your existing lender then the minimum loan amount is £50,000.
How can we help?
We will advise you on buy to let mortgages and building a buy to let portfolio. We will take the hassle out of finding the best mortgage deal, and will apply on your behalf, saving you from spending hours on the phone to a bank call centre worker enquiring into your spending habits.
Where you need a decision fast we can usually get you a "decision in principle" from a mortgage provider within a few hours of your request.
We advise on most types of buy to let situation, including:
- Buying a property and remortgages
- First time and experienced landlords
- Let to buy mortgages (converting a residential property to a buy to let property)
- Mortgages for applicants with credit difficulties in the past
- Buy to let mortgages for directors and the self-employed
- Capital raising on a buy to let property
Please note that we don't arrange mortgages for holiday-let properties, Ltd company buy to lets or self-build projects.
